2048 Decks
2048 Decks is a puzzle game built around carefully planned board shifts. Instead of sliding tiles as far as possible, each move shifts the entire board by a single cell. The aim is to stack matching numbers and keep the board from filling up.
Plan each merge
Equal numbers do not combine immediately. A pair doubles only when the tile in front cannot move any farther, so successful merges depend on arranging the board before making the shift that triggers them.
There is no random tile generation. Numbers are drawn from a written deck, and the next three tiles are shown on screen. This makes it possible to anticipate upcoming placements and spot potential jams before they happen.
Four deck types
The game includes four deck variations:
- Plain numbered tiles
- Stones that block spaces until they are cracked
- A wild tile that can take any value
- A board that expands as your largest tile grows
