These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CabaGames, including its website, accounts, profiles, games, recommendations, notifications, and related services.

By accessing or using CabaGames, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You may browse publicly available parts of CabaGames without creating an account.

CabaGames Accounts

You are responsible for:

CabaGames Originals

Games marked as CabaGames Originals are published or hosted directly by CabaGames or under an arrangement with their respective creators.

The Originals label does not transfer intellectual-property rights to users. Any game-specific license or notice continues to apply.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use CabaGames for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or administrative area
• Bypass security, access-control, rate-limit, or consent mechanisms
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive content
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the service
• Perform abusive automated requests, scraping, crawling, or data extraction
• Copy or redistribute games without authorization
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
• Reverse engineer protected components except where expressly allowed by law
• Manipulate ratings, likes, play counts, searches, or recommendations
• Use bots or automated systems to create accounts or artificial engagement
• Exploit a game or the website in a way that harms other users or providers
• Use another person's account without permission
• Publish an abusive, deceptive, infringing, or inappropriate username or profile identity

Normal search-engine indexing and access expressly authorized through our interfaces are not prohibited.

Saved, Liked, and Recently Played Games

CabaGames may allow you to save, like, dislike, or revisit games.

For visitors who are not signed in, this activity may be stored only in the current browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared.

For signed-in users, supported activity may be synchronized across devices. We do not guarantee permanent preservation of activity history.

Profiles and User-Selected Content

A profile may include a username, avatar, profile cover, country, and supported activity information.

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You grant CabaGames a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the profile feature.

You must have the necessary rights to any information you submit. CabaGames may remove profile information that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Search and Recommendations

Search results, popularity lists, ratings, tags, and recommendations may be generated through automated systems.

Recommendations may use game activity, categories, tags, keywords, popularity, and other relevance signals. We do not guarantee that search results or recommendations will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user.

Ratings

Game ratings may be calculated from likes and dislikes collected over a defined period.

Ratings are informational and may change as new votes are received, invalid activity is removed, or the calculation method is updated. You must not manipulate ratings or create artificial engagement.

Advertising

CabaGames may display advertising to support the operation of the service.

Advertising may be delivered by third-party providers and may link to external websites. CabaGames does not endorse every advertised product or service and is not responsible for transactions between you and an advertiser.

Browser Notifications
