Paper.io 2

Paper.io 2 is a territory-capture game in which players spread their color across the map while competing against online opponents. The objective is to control as much space as possible and reach the highest score in the lobby.

Capture territory

Move your paper block through unclaimed white space to leave a colored trail. Return to an area you already control to complete the loop and claim the enclosed space as your territory. You can also take over areas held by other players, making expansion a constant contest for space.

Leaving your colored area creates an exposed tail. If another player runs into that trail before you reconnect with your territory, you are eliminated. This makes each attempt to claim more land a balance between taking larger routes and staying safe.

Compete for the map

Other players can reclaim your territory or try to catch your tail, while you can do the same to them. Plan routes around the map, close loops to add more color, and watch for opponents when moving beyond your own area.
