Obby Toilet Line takes place in an unusually long restroom queue at a gas station. Around 30 characters are already waiting, with the line extending beyond the store entrance. The objective is to earn money while waiting, improve your position in the queue, and eventually reach the mysterious toilet at the end.

Rather than simply standing in place, the game uses idle-style progression. Your current spot in line affects how much money you earn, making advancement through the queue central to the goal.
